AutoBook Service
Autobook is an easy to use service that allows you to have your favourite places and home address saved into our system so when you call us you can quickly select from a number of your chosen addresses for example:
John McGuinness
Home: 1 High Street, Liverpool
Option 2: 99 Liverpool Street (Mum’s house)
Option 3: Local pub
Or press zero if you need to talk to a telephonist
All this can be carried out within a few seconds and you don’t have to go through to a telephonist (which adds further time on to your travels). But don’t forget you can always press zero to be put through to a telephonist if you would like a taxi to a new address.
